I joined network marketing after years of owning my own businesses and working really hard to make ends meet, trading time for money. I was working myself to the bone, missing out on family time, and being really stressed in the meantime. I knew there had to be a better way than trying so hard to make it work. When beginning a new business, it’s best to know your “why” and I wanted to share these three reasons with you now.
Reason #1: You only have 24 hours in a day
These 24 hours that we are gifted every day are precious. I was tired of spending so much time working and “hustling” that I was irritable, exhausted, and unhappy when I finally allowed myself to rest. Network marketing has allowed me to make a passive income, relying on my online marketing skills to make more money doing less.
Reason #2: I love being my own boss
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit so I prefer to work for myself. I don’t like being limited to working in an office, working from this time to this time, and being under the thumb of someone else. It’s just my nature, I need to have autonomy and freedom in order to grow and succeed. I also love that I can be there for my kids’ school events, parties, etc. without having to worry about anyone being upset with me. That’s worth everything to me.
Reason #3: You can make as much money as you want
You get back what you put into your own business. Finding new ways to market myself and sell products is exciting, nothing beats the thrill of seeing your hard work turn to dollar bills.
